This two-day workshop is designed to teach you the basics of movement. We will break down the exercises that are presented in the book Move Your DNA by Katy Bowman. The workshop is accessible for both the general public, and fitness and health professionals. If you are new to exercise and movement, all of the exercises can be done at your current ability. For the more experienced movers, or professionals, you will learn new ways to experience the exercises in your body to discover gaps in mobility and strength.
Each day is divided into approximately 90 minute sessions. We will cover exercises for the whole body, go for walks outside, and even cover an introduction to hanging.
